Jan Horton joins Toates Law Firm with extensive experience representing buyers & sellers for residential & commercial transactions. Her background includes twenty-five years of experience, including owning & managing a law practice. What Jan enjoys most about her work is getting to know her clients — learning their stories, understanding their goals, & being part of such an important chapter in their lives. Her experience and level of service set her apart in Greenville’s legal market.
Lauren Wagner brings a strong track record in estate planning and residential real estate transactions with an emphasis on curative title and abstracting. With eight years of experience, Lauren has honed a craft of analyzing and curing title defects. She’s also meticulous and determined, which will make her an asset to Toates’ commercial practice.
