Great things are underway for Morris College.
With new President Dr. Said Sewell spearheading, Morris is projecting a growth in enrollment and interaction on campus with a plethora of activities to keep students engaged. The College will be welcoming a large freshman class in fall 2024; faculty and staff are all eager to jump into the academic year and make these new (and returning) students feel excited, comfortable and happy to call Morris College their home for the duration of their undergraduate experience.
To help with that, the campus has a few projects that are kicking off to beautify the campus and upgrade facilities.
1) Major bathroom renovations in ADMS, RCJ and AMMA Residence Halls
2) Three HVAC units and water heaters are being repaired in Graham Alexander Bowman Clark Hall
3) New beds have been installed in RCJ Hall
4) 36 new P-Trac Heat/Air units will be replaced in all residence halls
5) Dorm Lounge furniture and decor are being upgraded
Many more projects will be in progress during the next few weeks to make the campus more inviting to students, parents, alumni and guests.
Sewell invites the entire community to visit the campus to see the difference thus far and sit down with him to discuss more plans he has for the campus and the future of the College.
