Red Oak Maintenance, a division of Red Oak Land Works, is pleased to announce Jay Shaver as its new Maintenance Manager. Jay brings over 26 years of experience of facilities management, equipment maintenance and operational
leadership. He brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
In this role, Jay will oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and maintenance for real estate
brokerages, commercial buildings, and residential real estate. He will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and growing the maintenance division.

Prior to joining Red Oak Maintenance, Jay served as Maintenance Manager at a Property Management Company for six years, where he successfully managed multiple calls a day for clients. Jay owned his own company for 20 years where he did ceramic tiles,
remodeling, and hard wood flooring.
