Lima One Capital finances attainable home construction in Upstate

GREENVILLE, SC – As part of its efforts to grow the housing inventory in its home area, Lima One Capital is funding Kristopher Homes’ construction of attainable homes in Upstate South Carolina.
Eleanor Farms is being developed in Gray Court by Greenville-based builder Kristopher Homes, with six houses now complete. The homes sit on acre lots and have an average starting price lower than the median home price currently in Upstate communities.
The Eleanor Farms development is among the 50 plus new builds Lima One Capital has financed for Kristopher Homes in the Upstate in the last 24 months.
“We exist to help build neighborhoods, invest in communities, and support real estate businesses across the country,” said Lima One Capital President and CEO Josh Woodward. “We are grateful to work with Kristopher Homes on projects that provide needed homes in the Upstate.”
Founded in 2010, Lima One has built a reputation as the nation’s premier lender for real estate investors and has funded over $12 billion in business purpose real estate loans. Construction loans are one of Lima One’s areas of expertise, and being headquartered in Greenville provides additional market insight that allows Lima One to provide premier financing for Upstate builders like Kristopher Homes.
“Being part of this community gives us the opportunity to finance exceptionally strong projects right in our backyard because we know the area and the housing needs here intimately,” Woodward said. “Our fast and durable private lending model gives builders additional financing options beyond banks that allows them to expand their operations and build necessary housing stock, which is why we’ve had a lot of success partnering with some of the top builders in the Upstate.”
