Countybank and Greenwood Capital announced the graduation of six employees from TCB Next, an internal leadership academy for emerging leaders within Countybank and its affiliate company, Greenwood Capital.
Employees are selected for the TCB Next program based on their demonstrated leadership abilities, strong performance, and commitment to the organization’s core values. Throughout the program, participants gain a deeper understanding of the company’s strategic plan and financial performance while developing key leadership skills through workshops focused on communication, presentation, and career development.
Graduating in the class of 2026 were Verity Averill, Joseph Hubbard, Carrie Logan, John Beale, Sheyla Corona, and Allison Hanline. Program facilitators for the class of 2026 were Countybank President Wells Dunlap, Chief Financial Officer Annette Scott, Chief Credit Officer Geoff Crocker, Chief Banking Officer Ken Harper, Communications Director Laura Beth Brooks, General Counsel Jamie Hedgepath, Human Resource Director Amber Price, and Mortgage Loan Originator Dustyn Attaway.
In addition to classroom learning and professional development opportunities, participants collaborate on a companywide project that supports the organization’s strategic plan. The hands-on experience allows employees to strengthen their professional skills while contributing meaningful ideas and solutions that support Countybank’s long-term objectives.
