Greenville, SC – January 14, 2026 — Spruce MD is pleased to announce the addition of Chandler Fogarty, NP, to its growing clinical team. Chandler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings a strong clinical foundation and a thoughtful, whole-person approach to patient care.
Spruce MD is an alternative medical practice with certified integrative doctors in Greenville, South Carolina, and the state of Maryland. Through integrative medical care, the board-certified medical doctors and nurse practitioners at Spruce MD combine evidence-based practices from conventional, alternative, and holistic medicine to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Chandler is known for her ability to identify the root causes of symptoms, translate complex medical information into clear and actionable guidance, and partner with patients to build sustainable habits that support long-term health. Her clinical background includes intensive care nursing and functional medicine, equipping her to care for patients with acute, complex, and chronic conditions. She will be seeing Spruce MD’s telehealth patients located in both South Carolina and Maryland.
She has completed extensive advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, further strengthening her integrative approach to care. Chandler earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University.
Outside of clinical practice, Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, long walks with their two dogs, Storm and Fenwick, weightlifting, and exploring new beaches.
