GREENVILLE, SC –Joel Morrow, the Director of Affordable Property Management at NHE, has been honored as an Emerging Leader by SCBIZ.
Previously known as Forty Under 40, SCBIZ’s Emerging Leaders Under 40 is the next evolution of one of South Carolina’s most respected professional recognition programs. What was once a regional program is now statewide, creating a broader platform to recognize exceptional professionals under 40 who are driving business success, innovation and meaningful community impact across South Carolina.
Morrow joined NHE in 2023 after holding roles of progressive responsibility with such Southeastern organizations as Coordinated Services Management, DGA Residential and Community Management Corporation. He was promoted to his current position in May.
Those roles provided him with experience in property management, operations, strategic planning, compliance, and marketing of affordable housing, senior housing and public housing communities, along with exposure to construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of communities.
