Announcing the second year of PAWchitecture Greenville, a unique design competition and auction that blends team creativity, animal compassion, and community involvement.

This year’s event promises to be even more exciting and impactful, with a goal to raise $7,500 for the Greenville Humane Society, a no-kill shelter dedicated to providing care and finding forever homes for animals in need.

PAWchitecture Greenville is a collaborative design competition and fundraising campaign, in partnership with the AIA Greenville Chapter, SC NOMA, CSI Greenville, and The Salvation Army RED SHIELD Youth Center. This event showcases beautifully designed doghouses and cat furniture, which will be on display in downtown Greenville on the morning of April 26th.

The public will be able to view the craftsmanship and creativity of each design entry during the Papa John Mutt Strut 5K Dog Race and participate in an auction to buy them, with all proceeds benefiting the Greenville Humane Society and their mission to provide a haven for animals.

“We are thrilled to be this year’s beneficiary for Pawchitecture, hosted by McMillian Pazdan Smith,” said Emily Zheng, Marketing Manager, Greenville Humane Sociey, “Their unwavering support, along with the kindness of others in our community, truly makes our mission possible—preserving the lives and enhancing the well-being of animals. This remarkable collaboration is a testament to the power of compassion and creativity coming together.”
