GREENVILLE, S.C. – Lima One Capital, the nation’s premier lender for real estate investors, has hired mortgage servicing industry leader Dave Hughes as its new Senior Director of Core Servicing.
Hughes, who will lead the team that services Lima One’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of loans, has over 20 years of experience in loan servicing, specializing in leading teams that have enhanced operational performance and customer experience. He most recently spent 12 years at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, assuming the role of EVP of servicing operations and overseeing portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
