DP3 Architects has launched a dedicated Commercial Studio to support retail, workplace, mixed-use, and other commercial development projects across the Southeast. The studio formalizes the body of work the firm has delivered for decades, now providing a clear structure and leadership for a growing area of practice.
Under the leadership of Meg Terry, Principal and CMO, the Commercial Studio applies a strategic design lens to commercial development. Terry brings deep experience working alongside development teams to deliver projects that respond to market conditions while supporting long-term performance.
“This studio is a byproduct of the work we’ve been doing successfully for years,” said Terry. “By creating a dedicated Commercial Studio, we’re able to bring greater focus, consistency, and depth of resources to clients navigating changing expectations around workplace, retail, and mixed-use development.”
Like all DP3 Studios, the new Commercial Studio embodies our architecture-by-team philosophy, uniting the firm’s diverse expertise to guide commercial projects from concept to completion. By fostering collaboration, shared accountability, and integrated problem-solving, the studio enhances project outcomes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and lasting performance
“We are excited to be able to provide another area of expertise to our clients,” said Brian Thomas, principal and CEO. “Combining our commercial portfolio with the current demand in the market, we look forward to assisting our clients with many successful projects.”
The DP3 Architects Commercial Studio is now active and accepting new projects.
