NHE has recently signed separate agreements to manage the 200-unit Reserve at Hillcrest, 2096 E. Main Street, and 173 apartments at Converse Mill Loft, 4147 E. Main Street, Ext.
Re-Imagine Converse Mill LLC, who owns Converse Mill Lofts, features studio, one, and two-bedroom loft apartments in the historic mill. The Reserve at Hillcrest is owned by Gindi Equities, which also recently purchased the townhome community.
