Greenville, S.C. — The Matador brought its Mexican-inspired cuisine and agave spirits to Greenville’s West End in May 2025, and now invites guests to enjoy the upstairs Whiskey Hotel and rooftop patio this fall. Named for the neon sign that crowns the building, the Whiskey Hotel offers an intimate space and elevated dining experience, with rooftop views overlooking downtown Greenville.
