Since its founding in 2005, the company has become a trusted name in the Upstate. Known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and relationship-driven service, Caldwell was recognized as one of South Carolina’s Best General Contractors in 2024.
Over the past two decades, Caldwell Constructors has completed over 850 projects that continue to play a key role in shaping the region. These projects range from healthcare and education to faith-based, commercial, adaptive re-use, and mixed-use developments.
