GreenCape Health is excited to announce a new partnership with Remission Medical, a virtual-first rheumatology clinic, to provide its patient-reported outcomes platform, mPRO, to patients managing rheumatological and autoimmune conditions.
Remission Medical is designed to provide high-quality, affordable virtual rheumatology care. By combining licensed rheumatologists, precision diagnostics, and a digital care experience, Remission Medical reduces time to treatment from months to days and provides patients with personalized, continuous care plans.
mPRO, developed by GreenCape Health, enables patients to track and report their symptoms over time from home. Care teams use these insights to proactively identify worsening conditions and dynamically adjust care plans based on clinical need. The platform has been built and studied by Daniel H. Solomon, MD, MPH, a rheumatologist and researcher at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
“mPRO was built on evidence demonstrating that frequent and longitudinal patient reports of symptoms and quality of life are essential to great care. mPRO creates makes those insights easily available to clinicians — not just during appointments, but continuously. I’m thrilled to see Remission Medical integrating mPRO into their model of care, where innovation and patient-centeredness go hand-in-hand”, said Dr. Solomon.
The partnership will allow Remission Medical’s patients to easily share symptom data between visits, giving clinicians a more accurate view of disease activity.
“At Remission Medical, we believe continuous, patient-centered data is essential to delivering high-quality rheumatology care — especially in our 100% virtual setting. mPRO gives our clinicians real-time insight into how patients are feeling between visits, allowing us to intervene earlier, adjust treatments faster, and keep more patients on the path to remission”, said Kyle Harner, MD, Chief Medical Officer, Remission Medical.
