“RALLY FOR THE PEOPLE: MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER”
This action in Greenville, SC is affiliated with the People’s March in DC and is one of more than 250 events in cities nationwide
Greenville, SC – On January 18th, in Falls Park in the city of Greenville SC, a “RALLY FOR THE PEOPLE: MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER” will be held from 1 to 3 pm. The rally will feature different community speakers.
This is a positive gathering uniting people from different backgrounds and points of view in the common goal of supporting each other and our constitutional rights and freedoms. This effort is nonpartisan and multi-issue.
If you believe that decisions about your body should remain yours, that books belong in libraries; that healthcare, freedom from gun violence, free gender expression, gender equality, racial equality and whom and how you love are basic human rights for all; if you believe the power of free speech sustains democracy; and/or you want an economy that works for the people who power it—then this rally is for YOU!
