GREENVILLE, S.C. – John Simmons has joined the William Pender Team of CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) in Greenville, S.C. as a business development specialist.
Simmons, a Greenville native, has a broad range of experience in the real estate and residential construction industries. He previously worked as a real estate agent in the Upstate region and in sales with Greer Flooring Center. Simmons also held a variety of roles at Dan Ryan Builders, including buyer relations specialist and project superintendent.
In his new role, Simmons will be responsible for building and maintaining new business relationships for the branch.
