GREENVILLE, SC (September 6, 2022) – Endeavor, the coworking and office space community in downtown Greenville’s ONE tower, announces that Joe Cash, entrepreneur, owner, and founding chef of Greenville’s newest restaurant Scoundrel, will speak at its next Collaborators & Cocktails speaker series on September 27th from 5:00 – 7:15 PM at Endeavor.
Prior to his journey with Scoundrel, Cash spent years in the world’s top kitchens including James Beard award-winning chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller’s acclaimed Three-Michelin Star and New York Times four-star Per Se in New York, as well as Chef Rene Redzepi’s Two-Michelin star noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, which famously held the position of number one restaurant in the world for multiple years. Cash held the position of Executive Sous Chef at hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group’s original spot Torrisi Italian Specialties in New York, and then became Executive Chef at The Pool, Major’s premier dining destination specializing in seafood with a modern French flair.

Cash will share his career journey from starting as a busboy at a Lone Star Steakhouse to working his way up in the culinary world before returning home to begin his entrepreneurial expedition of opening Scoundrel. The restaurant, located on N. Main St. downtown, will deliver Cash’s take on French bistro classics to a Southern crowd.
