They oversaw the redevelopment and leasing of The Junction at Downtown Airport, as well as the historic redevelopment of Burdette Central in Simpsonville. Their most recent project is Hammett Street Market, a 30,000 square foot food hall which is planned to connect to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. They also work with noteworthy tenants such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Tipsy Taco, and Brixx Wood Fired Pizza.
